many things happening during the past week... what i mean by "many" is really many! the most talking of the talk-of-the-town, (or rather the talk-of-the-island), is undisputely the nkf saga... looking back at things, i think that i did the right thing by not donating too much to the nkf (for those who don't know, nkf = national kidney foundation), coz the donations just goes straight to the german toilet bowl and golden tap in the ceo's washroom... got my mom to be part of the 43,000+ people in the online petition for the ceo (now outgoing ceo) tt durai, and i think it really worked... thank goodness the government intervened and got everything in place without affecting the treatment of the kidney patients... in this incident, i think the kidney patients have suffered a lot, not only the minimal subsidies given by nkf during durai's time, also the public's lost confidence in the nkf have affected the kidney patients a lot as money is needed for their dialysis treatment... though i must admit that the 10,000+ people who have withdrawn their monthly donations have their own reasons for doing so (probably because of the huge sum of money in the nkf's reserves)... well, at least now there is no need for the nkf cancer fund and i think singaporeans will have one less burden for donating during the television charity shows...

enough of this, i think i need to set up a "bkf" (baohe, kua fund)... currently living in a 3-room flat and needs urgent financial support... urgent need for donor to donate a SGH-E330C phone (pic below) for me to use... to donate $5.80, pls call 1900-112-4444... for 3 calls, pls call 1900-112-4443 JUST KIDDING...

this phone (SGH-E330C) is really nice, got vga camera with flash and 5x digital zoom, voice clarity to listen to phone calls clearly in noisy places... dunno how much it really costs, but i suppose it should be around $350 or what... i need to conduct a market research on this phone...

this coming week is going to be hell for me, (well at least every week is hell to me...) chinese test tmr, or rather today coz it's already monday... just started studying, and then still need to complete maths homework which i presume many ppl would be copying... nvm about those homework, coz there are much more things than that... wish me luck for today's chinese test...
